Our team of nursery practitioners work together drawing on their knowledge and experience to provide children with the best possible start in life. Through high self-esteem every child can achieve.

We do this by complying with health and safety, through education, and adhering to the guidelines set out by Ofsted, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We follow a safe recruitment of staff procedure, references are obtained and Disclosing and Barring Checks are carried out (DBS).
Welcome
Copthorne Kinders was established in 2007 following my ambition to provide quality childcare through recognising every child as an individual, and their care should be unique to their specific needs. I am married with 2 children now aged 28 and 25! Therefore I have experienced childcare from a parent and professional perspective. I started my training in 1980 with the NNEB qualification, (National Nursery Nursing Exam Board) worked as a private nanny, playgroup supervisor, voluntary worker in schools, crèche manager and then completed the Early Years Foundation degree /level 5. To date I have completed my BA Honours in Early Childhood Degree, Level 6.
